Whenever you leave one Container An element that acts like a "box" or a "folder" into which other elements can be placed. It can be used to create hierarchical models. in the graphics pane The primary portion of the GoldSim interface, where the graphical depiction of the model is shown. and enter (i.e., view the contents of) another, GoldSim remembers the position and scale for the previous Container, and this information is written to the file when you save it. Hence, when you (or someone else to whom you have given the file) enter a Container, it is automatically displayed at the same position and scale that it was last viewed.
