Editing an Existing Species

To edit an existing species The chemical (or non-chemical, such as bacterial or viral) constituents that are stored and transported through an environmental system in a contaminant transport model. In GoldSim, the Species element defines all of the contaminant species being simulated (and their properties).:

1. Double-click on the Species element in the graphics pane The primary portion of the GoldSim interface, where the graphical depiction of the model is shown. or the browser An alternative view of a GoldSim model, in which elements are displayed in a tree, and organized either hierarchically, or by type. to access the Species editing dialog.
2. Double-click on an existing species, or select a species and press the Edit... button to access the species definition dialog.
3. Edit the properties of the species.

Note: You view, but cannot edit species that are included in the list from the ICRP Database provided by GoldSim within the RT Module.

Note: You can also import species data from a spreadsheet.
