Defining Pathways

After having defined the species and media, you can start to build the network of transport pathways through which the species will be transported.

Because there are a variety of transport pathways that you may wish to simulate, GoldSim provides five different pathway elements that you can use interchangeably to build a pathway network. The two most commonly used pathway elements are discussed briefly in the topics below.
